I'm so glad I went to Chipping Norton Opticians. When I got my last pair of glasses, I was told that my varifocal prescription could not be improved upon. More recently, I found I was struggling with TV subtitles so I went to CNO and had a most comprehensive and informative eye test. I was very pleased when the optometrist told me that a new prescription would help my distance sight. I found all the staff to be very helpful, professional, and efficient. My new glasses are such an improvement and a bonus, they stock the make of frames I like.

My wife & I have experienced exceptional care & attention from Chris. At 5pm one Friday before we were patients at Chipping Norton, my wife was experiencing worrying problems with one of her eyes and telephoned the surgery - Chris saw her immediately & stayed to diagnose the problem until well after 6.30. The following morning, a Saturday, he confirmed that he had arranged a specialist hospital appointment for that day. We then registered with the practice. After recent cataract surgery when I experienced difficulties, Chris carried out two thorough examinations, gave me great help & advice & updated my surgeon at each stage - at no time were we charged for this care. So thank you & we would strongly recommend the practice.

I just wish I'd found CN Opticians sooner after years of going to High Street brands. The consultation was very thorough, unhurried and understanding of my concerns. Dilpreet was very reassuring and explained everything clearly and patiently.

There's nothing else to describe the experience as absolutely fantastic first class! I was very worried on my arrival to the opticians but was made to feel very welcome by Jo and the ladies out front.
